1. Definitions

• “Grabzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to VNG Tech, the parent entity operating Grabzi.

• “User” or “you” refers to customers, vendors, or any visitor using our platform.

• “Vendor” refers to businesses registered on Grabzi to offer their products/services.

• “Customer” refers to individuals placing orders through Grabzi.

 

2. Use of Services

• Grabzi provides an online platform for users to browse, order, and pick up food and other products from registered vendors.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

• All users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their accounts.

 

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must ensure the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and product availability.

• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

• Grabzi reserves the right to deactivate or suspend vendors for non-compliance with platform policies.

 

4. Payments & Settlements

• Customers can pay via online payments at the time of order.

• For online transactions, Grabzi settles vendor payouts every morning for the previous day’s earnings.

• Grabzi may deduct applicable commissions, taxes, or processing fees from payouts.

 

5. Order & Refund Policy

• Once an order is placed, cancellations and modifications may be subject to vendor approval.

• Refunds are processed as per the vendor’s policy. Grabzi is not responsible for vendor-related disputes but will assist in resolving them.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

 

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false information or misusing the platform.

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions.

• Violating any applicable laws while using Grabzi.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Grabzi acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products offered by vendors.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services but strive for the best user experience.

 

8. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if they violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

Grabzi may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
