Grabzi is developed by VNG Tech with a vision to simplify food ordering experiences for students, customers, and food vendors.
What started as an idea to reduce long waiting queues at college canteens and cafes is now growing into a platform focused on faster ordering, seamless pickups, and smarter digital experiences.
We are currently building Grabzi as a small and focused team, continuously improving the platform through real user feedback and pilot testing.

The Vision
A Night Out with Grabzi – The Future of Dining!
It’s a Friday night, and four friends—Aman, Riya, Karan, and Mehak—walk into their favorite restaurant. Instead of waiting for menus, they spot a single QR code on the table.
The Magic Begins
Each of them scans the QR code with their phones, and instantly, the full menu pops up—no waiting, no old paper menus, no calling a waiter!
• Aman is craving pasta.
• Riya wants her favourite mocktail.
• Karan, as usual, goes for a double cheeseburger.
• Mehak, being the foodie of the group, is browsing for the chef’s special.
They add their choices to the same cart—everyone can see what the others are ordering in real-time as the items are added in the same cart. They joke about who’s ordering the most, tweak their selections, and finalise the order together.
One Cart, One Payment, Zero Hassle
Once they’re all set, Aman (the self-declared group admin) places the order and pays—split payments, digital wallets, or UPI, all in a tap. The order goes straight to the kitchen.

Why We Started Grabzi – We noticed that students and customers often spend unnecessary time standing in queues at college canteens, cafes, and food outlets — especially during peak hours. Waiting to place an order and then waiting again for food preparation creates a frustrating experience for both customers and vendors.
Grabzi was started to simplify this process through smart food pre-ordering and faster pickups.
